For 30 years Debbie Abrams hosted mornings on 100.1 KZST. For just as long, she's been the one holding the mic at the county's favorite fairs, parades and fundraisers. Now she's available to host yours.
Thirty years of live radio taught her to keep things moving, fill a gap when the float is late, and make every sponsor, honoree and volunteer feel like the star.

“Debbie helps keep Catwalk for a Cure moving, makes every honoree feel celebrated, fills the room with energy, and is a total pro when something goes off-script.”
Lisa Amador“Debbie is prepared, easy to work with, can think on her feet, and brings the energy to the room year after year.”
Jamie Escoubas“Deb brings warmth, humor and a real love for this community to the Pride Parade, and we’re thrilled every time she’s on the mic, year after year!”
Cheryl KabanukDebbie Abrams spent 30 years on 100.1 KZST in Santa Rosa, 27 of them co-hosting the morning show with Brent Farris before leading it on her own until her retirement in March 2026. She interviewed countless local leaders, championed hundreds of community causes, and kept listeners informed through wildfires, floods and other moments when Sonoma County needed a steady voice.
Off the air, she's been the emcee, parade announcer and stage host for events from Cloverdale to Petaluma. She's introduced Lily Tomlin, Rick Springfield, Chelsea Handler and Jerry Seinfeld at the Luther Burbank Center, and she's still the voice announcing the award-winning wines at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair.
“Give me a stage, a room full of neighbors and a good cause to raise money for, and I'm home.”
She holds degrees in English from UCLA and Broadcast Journalism from Cal State Northridge, and is a member of the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame's Class of 2026.
Every event is different, so Debbie quotes each one individually. Send her the details and she'll get back to you within two business days.
